PhD Scholarships are advertised annually, usually for a January or July start (3 year positions, AUD $35,000/pa plus additional work opportunities)
CIC conducts distinctive research into the use of analytics to nurture in learners the creative, critical, sensemaking qualities needed for lifelong learning, employment and citizenship in a complex, data-saturated society. You will join four current doctoral students in this new program, the first in the world dedicated to Learning Analytics, in a university committed to making the most of Data Science.

CIC has hosted numerous UTS students as part of their degree programs on paid internships. You get the chance to work on leading edge technologies and develop your skills in the context of a vibrant, friendly centre with a start-up culture. Visiting Researchers spend anything from a few days to several months in CIC, self-funded, exploring common interests with one or more CIC academics.
